We're Leicester locals who turned a passion for this city into a professional travel service.

How We Started

In 2012, three former hospitality professionals noticed a gap in Leicester's travel offerings. Most services focused on outbound tourism, sending residents abroad. Few catered to visitors wanting to truly understand Leicester itself.

We saw an opportunity to showcase our city properly. Not the superficial highlights tour, but the lived experience of someone who knows where locals actually go.

What began as weekend walking tours evolved into a full-service travel agency. Today we coordinate everything from individual city tours to complex corporate travel logistics.

Our Approach

Travel should feel effortless, even when the planning behind it is complex. We handle the coordination so you experience only the enjoyable parts.

Our team maintains relationships with venues, transport providers, and cultural institutions across Leicester and the wider Midlands. This network gives us access to experiences and pricing that independent travellers can't easily replicate.

Every service we offer reflects what we'd actually recommend to friends visiting the area. If we wouldn't use it ourselves, it doesn't make our list.

Meet the People Behind Your Journey

Emma Cartwright

Founder and Lead Coordinator. Former hotel manager with fifteen years in Leicester hospitality. Knows every venue worth visiting and half the people who run them.

David Patel

Transport Logistics. Spent a decade in airport ground services before joining us. Handles all airport transfers and group transport coordination.

Sarah Montgomery

Cultural Programming. Background in arts administration and event curation. Designs our cultural packages and maintains relationships with Leicester's creative venues.

James Fletcher

Corporate Services. Previously worked in business travel management for a UK consultancy. Specialises in executive itineraries and conference logistics.

We don't operate on volume. Our client list is deliberately limited so we can maintain the attention to detail that makes each journey feel personal.

Most booking platforms prioritise speed and automation. We prioritise getting it right. That sometimes means a phone call to confirm venue timing or a message to check dietary requirements.

This approach won't suit everyone. If you need instant confirmation for a generic package, larger platforms serve that need well. If you want someone who knows Leicester intimately and will tailor accordingly, we're here.
