Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service type:

• Tours and day trips: Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before scheduled date. 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before. No refund for cancellations within 3 days of scheduled date.
• Airport transfers: Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours.
• Multi-day packages: Cancellation terms provided in booking confirmation, typically 14-30 days for full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, venue closures, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact and booking information
• Arriving at designated meeting points on time
• Following instructions provided by our guides and staff
• Ensuring you have appropriate travel insurance where recommended
